These Terms and Conditions govern the warranty for the batting gloves ("Product") sold by 4 Him Co. By purchasing the Product, you agree to these warranty terms.

1. Warranty Coverage

The Company provides a limited warranty for the Product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is applicable only to products purchased from authorized retailers.

2. Duration of Warranty

The warranty is valid for a period of one year, or life time from the date of purchase.

3. Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers the following:

• Factory Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use within the warranty period. (With the purchases of any batting glove, no warranty needed).
• Normal Wear and Tear: The Product is designed for regular use in batting; however, wear and tear from regular use will be considered under this warranty.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Damage resulting from modifications or alterations made to the Product.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, drying, or storage.
• Damage resulting from using the Product under abnormal conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, wet or humid conditions).
• Any damages or defects arising from flipping the gloves in unusual or non-standard spots, which may compromise their integrity.

5. How to Claim the Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
